Jack Stevenson is an American film writer living in Denmark since 1993 with a dual speciality in American exploitation and Danish cinema. His books include Lars von Trier (BFI), Dogme Uncut (Santa Monica Press), Addicted (Creation Books), Fleshpot and Land of a Thousand Balconies (Headpress), Witchcraft Through the Ages for FAB (UK) and this fall (2009) will release Scandinavian Blue (McFarland).
